本狀產品如: 說明書、卡片書、筆記本、動漫小書、雜志及各種不同尺寸的本狀產品，自動分開，成單個傳送到輸送帶上。它既能夠單獨作分卡計數使用，亦可以輕松地整合到相關聯的設備中作自動分卡、配合各種自動包裝線使用，例如: 枕式包裝機、立式包裝機、自動輸送機、自動收縮包裝機、裝箱機等。

自動發卡機對接全自動包裝機，根據不同的包裝數量快速自動發卡。

漏卡、無卡自動報警功能，可選擇發單張、多張及連續發卡功能。

采用光電控制，開啟總電源開關后，光電感應，自動發卡。

與自動化包裝設備的匹配，真正實現一體化自動包裝。
